Our Quality Management Department comprises 10% of our total workforce. The core technical experts and R&D management personnel each have over 10 years of experience in the lithium-ion battery industry, ensuring robust technical expertise and extensive experience in maintaining high-quality standards.
Quality Control Procedures
At Jiangxi Huahao Lithium Energy Co., Ltd., our QC control process ensures high-quality lithium batteries. It starts with inspecting incoming materials and conducting pre-production tests. During production, we perform regular in-process inspections. Final product testing includes performance and safety checks. Packaging inspection ensures proper labeling and compliance with standards. A final quality check is done before shipment. Continuous improvement involves analyzing QC data and updating procedures to maintain high standards.

Our company collaborates with Central South University, Nanchang University, and Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. Of the technical personnel, 41 hold a college degree or higher, accounting for 80% of the Technology Center's total staff. The center includes 7 engineers. The core technical team and R&D management personnel of the innovation team all have over 10 years of experience in the lithium-ion battery industry, making them highly experienced and technically proficient.
